The Adventures of Fred the Ladybug

Hi I am Daniel and here is my pet ladybug that I can't always find in our house. He takes flying lessons. I think the amount of spots is how old he is and since he only has one I guess that he's only 1 year old. Here is a story I just made up.

Once Fred the ladybug was just walking near the park, then he saw a criminal. The criminal was going to steal everyone's stuff. He put his sharp wings on just in case that criminal could fly. Then he figured out that the criminal couldn't fly so he put his flat wings on. Then he just figured out that he could run really really fast. Don't worry about anything in this, because it's just a comic book. Then he turned himself into a leopard with sneakers on. He could run faster than the criminal. Now Fred ran to New York because the criminal ran all the way to New York.

Then he lived happily ever after.

High Tide in Hawaii

The book I just finished reading is called "High Tide in Hawaii" written by Mary Pope Osborn. It is the 28th book in the Magic Tree House series.

The main characters are Jack, Annie and Morgan. Jack likes to take notes and he is more careful than Annie. Annie likes animals and she likes going places and she is not as careful as Jack. She can always tell when the Magic Tree House shows up. Morgan is a magical librarian from Camelot.

Jack and Annie go to Hawaii in the Magic Tree House. Morgan left them a riddle in the Magic Tree House and they figured out that they had to build some sort of ship that never sinks and always floats. Jack felt an earthquake and then read in his book that when a earthquake happens there is always a tidal wave. Even though Jack had a hard time surfing the first time he tried, he decided to surf to Annie, Kama and Boka, some kids they met in Hawaii to warn them. This time Jack did better, because Kama told him before that it's better to stay on your stomach when you surf. The answer to Morgan's riddle was "friendship."

Chocolate Covered Red Vines

Hi I am making chocolate covered red vines! They are really easy to make. I made up the recipe ALL by myself. Here's what you do.

1. Get Red Vines candy,
2. Cut up the Red Vines into bite size pieces
3. Get chocolate chips and warm them up
4. Then cover the Red Vines with the chocolate.

Let them sit in the fridge for at least a day. Then you can enjoy your Chocolate Covered Red Vines.
